12. Payment Method
The payment for products from mytechmarket.gr can be made through the following alternative payment methods:
By credit or debit card charge: The charge on the credit or debit card occurs on the day the shipping process for the ordered products begins.
By bank deposit: The order can be paid by depositing the corresponding amount into the following bank account of Piraeus Bank, IBAN: GR3801721470005147114160384, or National Bank, IBAN: GR6501106100000061000315426, Beneficiary: PARARAS VASILIOS.
All our products are made to order and customized according to the customer's preferences. Therefore, these orders are considered unique and COD payments are not accepted.
The shipping cost is €2.5 for orders throughout Greece, regardless of order volume or destination, exclusively via the BoxNow service and provided there is an available locker that can serve the customer. In the event that no BoxNow locker is available, shipping will be carried out via DHL at a cost of €11 for deliveries within Greece as well as for deliveries to the rest of Europe.
13. Availability
All our products are made entirely to order. Due to this process, no products are available in stock. Each order is executed according to the customer's requirements, which may affect delivery times depending on the size and complexity of the order.
14. Delivery Method and Costs
mytechmarket.gr uses courier services for the safe and fast delivery of products within Greece. The shipping costs are borne by the customer, included in the order, and determined based on weight per kilogram as well as the distance, especially for remote or hard-to-reach areas. For islands and hard-to-reach destinations, the shipping cost is €12. The "hard-to-reach" status of a destination is determined by the courier company and is not a decision of mytechmarket.gr.
15. Delivery Dates and Times
Products for delivery will arrive at the location specified by the customer within 72 hours of completing the order, unless a case under Article 14 above applies or the order needs to be delivered to an island or hard-to-reach area.
16. Order Delay
An order may be delayed if communication with the customer via phone and/or email is not possible (e.g., if there is an issue with the order or payment due to incorrect information provided). Delays may also occur during extreme weather events, strikes, or other force majeure events that may affect the transportation and delivery of the order. In such cases, mytechmarket.gr will contact the customer to inform them and ask whether they would like the order delivered without the product in question or propose an alternative.
17. Checking the Condition of Products
All customers are required to unpack (without damaging the packaging) and check the items, notifying mytechmarket.gr of any defects of the received product on the same day of delivery or at most within one business day. After this period, the items are considered to have been received in perfect condition.
18. Product Returns – Replacement
If the order is incorrectly fulfilled (e.g., incorrect product delivered by type or quantity, or damaged packaging), the customer must refuse to accept the product and request its return, in consultation with mytechmarket.gr, on the same day or at most the next business day after receipt. After this period, the order is considered properly executed, and the products are accepted unconditionally. Products must be returned in the condition they were received. If they are not returned within the specified time, mytechmarket.gr may refuse the return and reject the replacement. All returns must include all accompanying documents (e.g., invoice, delivery note, receipts) and the complete packaging. The return method and product replacement will be agreed upon orally between the customer and mytechmarket.gr. If the products are returned damaged or incomplete, mytechmarket.gr has the right to seek compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products. In any case of refund to the customer, this will be done by canceling the credit card charge or by depositing the amount into the customer’s bank account, minus shipping costs and any compensation owed to mytechmarket.gr as mentioned above. Under no circumstances can the compensation amount exceed the cost of the order. This condition does not apply to phone orders or cases where the products are collected from the store as mentioned above under Article 13.
Right of Withdrawal (for e-shop orders)
As specified by law, the consumer has the right of withdrawal, allowing them 14 calendar days from the purchase to return the product for any reason and request replacement or a refund. The necessary condition for exercising the right of withdrawal is that the products must be returned in the condition and quantity they were shipped, without opening the packaging.
19. Submitting Complaints
If the user/customer is dissatisfied with the fulfillment of the order or for any other reason related to mytechmarket.gr, they have the right to submit a written complaint to mytechmarket.gr within ten (10) days from the occurrence of the issue via:

20. Sending Informational Emails to the User/Customer (Newsletter)
The user/customer of the website can submit their name, email address, and age to receive informational emails (newsletters) from mytechmarket.gr. The emails will refer to offers and possibly new products.
21. Contact with mytechmarket.gr
The user/customer can contact mytechmarket.gr via email, following the "Contact" section on the website and completing the special message form.
22. Applicable Law – Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by European and Greek law, particularly legislation regulating electronic commerce, distance selling, intellectual property protection, and consumer protection.
In case of a dispute regarding these terms of use between the user/customer and mytechmarket.gr, the customer must contact mytechmarket.gr within ten (10) days of the relevant events before taking any legal action. Failure to comply with this term constitutes a violation of a significant contractual term between the user/customer and mytechmarket.gr.
The competent court for resolving any dispute arising from the use of mytechmarket.gr or related to the interpretation or application of these terms of use or arising from them, once accepted, will be the Athens Courts.
